ORF 反垃圾邮件系统,针对更新和升级都提供了软件维护协议(Software Maintenance Agreements（SMA）)，在软件购买的1年协议（SMA）期内允许用户使用所有ORF的发行版本，当软件维护协议（SMA）每年到期前需要重新激活。
一套完整的ORF企业版授权包含软件维护协议(Software Maintenance Agreements（SMA）)，即可以在购买授权起的一年内免费使用所有ORF的发行版本。
SMA重新激活
在软件维护协议(Software Maintenance Agreements（SMA）)过期前60天，我们允许SMA重新激活。过期的SMA不能重新激活，只能重新购买一套ORF的授权。
SMA是获得新版ORF软件及更新版本的的唯一控制，也就是说，只要您愿意，你可以继续永久的使用你原有的ORF版本。
ORF的SMA当前的价格是每年1500元.

This Limited Use Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Vamsoft Ltd. ("VAMSOFT") for the VAMSOFT software product ("Software") with which this Agreement is provided, including associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation. The term "Software" also shall include any upgrades, modified versions or updates of the Software licensed to you by VAMSOFT.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, distribute, or use the Software.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold.
The evaluation (trial build) version of the Software, may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. You may not charge any fee for the copy or use of the evaluation Software itself, but you may charge a distribution fee that is reasonably related to any cost you incur distributing the evaluation Software (e.g. packaging). You must not represent in any way that you are selling the Software itself. Your distribution of the evaluation Software will not entitle you to any compensation from VAMSOFT.
You may install the evaluation version of the Software for testing and evaluation purposes. A trial limitation is built into the evaluation build of the Software. The evaluation version of the Software stops functioning 30 days after the installation.
The registered build of the Software is shipped without the trial limitation. To obtain a copy of the registered build, you must purchase Software License for the Software.
Any updates for the Software released by VAMSOFT are only available for the licensee within the period of the Software Maintenance Agreement ("SMA"). The Software is shipped with an SMA valid for 1 (one) year from the time of the purchase. Software Maintenance Agreements can be renewed only within the validity period of the licensee's last SMA. After the expiration of the last SMA, the licensee is not eligible to purchase a separate SMA.
After you have purchased the licence for the Software and have obtained a copy of the registered build of the Software, the registered build may be used on a single computer only.
You may also make copies of the Software as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes, provided your backup copy is not installed or used on any computer.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, lease, sell, rent, sublicense, lend, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the Software, or any subset of the Software, except as provided for in this Agreement. You may transfer all your rights to use the Software to another person or legal entity provided (1) that you transfer this Agreement, the Software, including all copies, updates and prior versions to such person or entity, (2) that you retain no copies, including copies stored on a computer, and (3) that the receiving party accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement, (4) that you transfer the original registration email to the receiving party in either electronic or printed form.
SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
As the SOFTWARE depends on and driven by THIRD PARTY SERVICES, VAMSOFT DO NOT AND CANNOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBLITY RELATED TO THESE SERVICES.
The SOFTWARE is being delivered to you AS IS and VAMSOFT make no warranty as to its use or performance. VAMSOFT DO NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION. VAMSOFT MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL VAMSOFT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF A VAMSOFT REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or special damages, or the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
